The Wedding Season has officially begun in India. A lot goes into a wedding and ‘decoration’ is a vital part which stays in your memory even after ages. However, planning a decoration isn’t an easy task and if not planned correctly might become a last moment hassle or the outcome may not be satisfactory.
Budget of course plays an important role. But there are few things regardless of the budget that are the deciding factors for a beautiful décor:
1. Venue: A lot depends on the venue of decoration. An open area would allow for more experimentation with design, on the other hand if it is a hotel, there might be some restrictions-limited space, internal policies, etc. However, on the positive side, hotels are more secured.
2. Color Scheme: The color's you decide can make or break the decoration. A two-color scheme generally preferred as it would make the décor look bigger and brighter.
3. Lights: Adding lights to the décor is an important part. Nowadays the choices for type of lights are enormous- from string lights, to hanging lamps, paper lanterns and much more.
Yellow and white light is always a preferred choice as they brighten up the spaces making it look bigger and beautiful and is appropriate for photographs as well. The issue with dark colored lights is that it makes the space look smaller and gloomy, and nobody wants a gloomy wedding!
